This week in Kansas City
Two of this issue’s three features turn on 1988: by their own accounts, the year KC Clay Guild began in a potter’s home and the year a cultural society acquired the old Scroggs house on Strawberry Hill, in Kansas City, Kansas. The third is Lenexa Public Market, which the city owns and runs. Then the practical part, starting with Thursday, when both free museums in this issue stay open until 9. Everything here comes from public sources, linked under each story. None of it comes from a visit.
